About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the floor, guiding and supporting pickers and riders during your shift
  • Take ownership of productivity and safety to keep operations running smoothly
  • Perform hands-on tasks including picking, packing, and inbounding
  • Act as the right hand to the Hub Manager, stepping up in their absence
  • Coach team members and assist with the onboarding of new riders and pickers
  • Maintain hub standards regarding inventory, equipment checks, and hygiene

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Ability to remain calm and motivate a team in stressful, fast-paced situations
  • Availability to work at least 24 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
  • A hands-on approach to operational work
