Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding and supporting pickers and riders during your shift
• Take ownership of productivity and safety to keep operations running smoothly
• Perform hands-on tasks including picking, packing, and inbounding
• Act as the right hand to the Hub Manager and step up in their absence
• Coach team members and assist with onboarding new riders and pickers
• Manage hub hygiene, inventory, and equipment checks to ensure high standards

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Strong people skills with the ability to motivate a team and remain calm under pressure
• Availability to work at least 24 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• A hands-on approach and a desire to work directly in operations
