Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding and supporting pickers and riders during your shift
• Take ownership of productivity and safety to keep operations tight and the team focused
• Perform hands-on tasks including picking, packing, and inbounding
• Act as the right hand to the Hub Manager and step up in their absence
• Manage various hub areas including safety compliance, inventory, equipment checks, and hygiene standards
• Coach and onboard new riders and pickers to ensure they are set up for success

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and motivate a team
• Availability to work at least 24 hours per week
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• A hands-on approach and a passion for operational excellence
