Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, and quality.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft.
• Ensure high-quality order fulfillment and accurate execution to delight customers.
• Guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring the team works safely and productively.
• Serve as a point of escalation for daily operations and assist with day-to-day tasks in both the warehouse and kitchen.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational quality and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment like a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Experience in food, beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts depending on site needs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
