Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, and quality.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft.
• Ensure customer orders are executed accurately and facilitate smooth Dasher pickups.
• Guide Operations Associates through their shifts to ensure safe and productive work.
• Serve as the point of escalation for daily operational issues.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen operations, including light-prep food tasks.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational quality and the customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proven experience in food, beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Flexibility to work various shifts depending on site needs.
• Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate.
