Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, and quality.
• Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft.
• Ensure customer orders are executed accurately and facilitate smooth Dasher pickups.
• Guide Operations Associates through their shifts to ensure the team works safely and productively.
• Serve as a point of escalation for daily operational issues.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen operations, assisting with day-to-day tasks and leading by example.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational quality and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy products.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Experience in food, beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts depending on site needs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• College diploma.
• Experience operating a pallet jack and hand truck.
