Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, and quality
• Manage inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft
• Ensure high-quality customer orders by executing them accurately and managing Dasher pickups
• Guide Operations Associates through their shifts to ensure safe and productive work
• Support day-to-day tasks in both the warehouse and light-prep kitchen environments
• Contribute ideas to improve operational quality and the overall customer experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack or hand truck
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Experience in food, beverage, warehouse, or retail environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, swings, nights, or overnights

Preferred Qualifications

• College diploma
• Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate
