Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, and quality.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft.
• Ensure high-quality customer orders by executing them accurately and managing Dasher pickups.
• Lead and guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring safe and productive work.
• Serve as the point of escalation for daily operational issues.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen operations, including light food preparation.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational quality and the customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proven experience in food and beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Flexibility to work various shifts depending on site needs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• College diploma or degree.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a fulfillment center.
