Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, and quality.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft.
• Ensure high-quality customer orders by executing them accurately and managing smooth Dasher pickups.
• Lead and guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring the team works safely and productively.
• Serve as the point of escalation for daily operational issues.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen operations, assisting with day-to-day tasks and light food prep.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational quality and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proven experience in food and beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation).
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
• Flexibility to work various shifts depending on site needs.
• Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
