Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and kitchen operations, including order fulfillment and inventory maintenance
• Lead and guide Operations Associates through their shifts to ensure safety and productivity
• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including maintaining cleanliness, quality, and equipment accountability
• Ensure high-quality customer service by executing orders accurately and managing Dasher pickups
• Support both warehouse and light-prep kitchen tasks to maintain seamless operations
• Contribute ideas to improve operational quality and the overall customer experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Proven experience in food, warehouse, or retail environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Flexibility to work various shifts depending on site needs
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided)
