Shift Lead, Data Centre

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift technicians to ensure operational excellence
• Operate and monitor critical systems including power, cooling, UPS, and generators
• Act as the Authorized Person under A4 Chargeman responsibilities
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and system outages
• Execute switching, isolation, and permit-to-work activities
• Coordinate with contractors and oversee scheduled maintenance works
• Maintain accurate shift logs and detailed handover reports

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in an engineering field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data centre or critical environment
• Mandatory A4 Electrical Chargeman Certificate
• Strong electrical knowledge and proven leadership skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
