Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, and quality
• Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and company assets
• Ensure customer orders are executed accurately and delivered with high quality
• Guide Operations Associates through shifts to ensure safe and productive work
• Serve as a point of escalation for daily operations
• Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen environments
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience

Requirements

• Proven track record in food and beverage, warehouse, or retail environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack or hand truck
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Flexibility to work various shifts based on site needs
