Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee products and serve customers with energy and warmth
• Support the General Manager and Training Team in onboarding and training new employees
• Act as a key holder to safely open and close the location
• Ensure store cleaning duties are completed throughout the shift
• Handle minor customer issues with a positive, solution-focused approach
• Lead local initiatives with operations and marketing teams to drive sales and foot traffic

Requirements

• Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee and equipment
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Availability for 35 hours per week, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
• Ability to work shifts between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm
• Authorized to work in the UK
