About the role
Responsibilities
- Craft beautiful coffee products and serve customers with energy and warmth
- Support the General Manager and Training Team in onboarding and training new employees
- Act as a key holder to safely open and close the location
- Ensure store cleaning duties are completed throughout the shift
- Handle minor customer issues with a positive, solution-focused approach
- Lead local initiatives with operations and marketing teams to drive sales and foot traffic
Requirements
- Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of coffee and equipment
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Availability for 35 hours per week, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
- Ability to work shifts between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm
- Authorized to work in the UK
