Responsibilities
- Craft beautiful coffee products and serve all customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
- Support the GM and Training Team in training new employees on recipes, processes, and uniforms
- Open and close the location safely and responsibly
- Ensure cleaning duties are followed throughout the shift
- Handle minor customer issues with a positive, solution-focused approach
- Lead initiatives with operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic and sales
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership position, preferably in hospitality or coffee
- 18+ years of age
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Availability for full-time work (30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week)
- Ability to work at least two peak days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
- Authorized to work in the US
