Responsibilities

  • Craft beautiful coffee products and serve all customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
  • Support the GM and Training Team in training new employees on recipes, processes, and uniforms
  • Open and close the location safely and responsibly
  • Ensure cleaning duties are followed throughout the shift
  • Handle minor customer issues with a positive, solution-focused approach
  • Lead initiatives with operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic and sales

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership position, preferably in hospitality or coffee
  • 18+ years of age
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
  • Availability for full-time work (30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week)
  • Ability to work at least two peak days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
  • Authorized to work in the US
