Responsibilities
- Craft beautiful coffee products and serve all Blank Street customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
- Support the GM and Training Team to help train new employees on recipes, processes, and brand standards
- Open and close the location safely and responsibly, ensuring all cleaning duties are completed
- Handle minor customer issues with a positive and solution-focused approach
- Lead store-level initiatives with operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic and sales
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership position
- 18+ years of age
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
- Availability to work between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of coffee and equipment
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Weekend and holiday availability
