Responsibilities
- Craft beautiful coffee products and serve customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
- Support the GM and Training Team in training new employees on recipes, menu items, and processes
- Act as a key holder to open and close the location safely and responsibly
- Ensure cleaning duties are followed throughout the shift
- Handle minor customer issues with a positive and solution-focused approach
- Lead store-level initiatives with operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic and sales
Requirements
- Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of coffee and equipment
- Ability to work at a fast pace in high-volume environments
- Strong decision-making, multi-tasking, and interpersonal communication skills
- Availability for 35 hours per week, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
- Availability to work between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm
- Must be authorised to work in the UK
