Shift Cum Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor primary plants according to daily production plans to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with safety guidelines.
• Conduct daily maintenance activities and support the maintenance team with scheduled tasks to minimize plant downtime.
• Perform routine plant inspections, fill daily checklists, and raise service requests for proactive maintenance.
• Execute troubleshooting and corrective actions to resolve site-level issues while maintaining plant reliability.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective action plans.
• Contribute to safe shutdown and startup activities for planned, unplanned, and emergency scenarios.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Management of Change (MOC) processes, and industrial reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the operation or commissioning of ASU (Air Separation Unit) process plants.
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc (PCM), or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Practical knowledge of instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
