Responsibilities

• Offer the best service to HoReCa customers by supporting the Warehouse Coordinator
• Contribute to the economic and management objectives of the Depot
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize results in an inclusive environment
• Assist the Front End to ensure customer satisfaction
• Implement METRO commercial strategies in the local market
• Support the Warehouse Coordinator in controlling provider activities (goods movement and transport)
• Assist in managing returns, complaints, and food service operational processes

Requirements

• Strong customer and market orientation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate Excel
• Propensity for teamwork and problem solving
