Shift Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth execution of daily operational plans and production management
• Perform production management and progress tracking using internal tools
• Collaborate with team members to formulate and execute improvement plans for site challenges
• Coordinate with Delivery Service Partners (DSP) to monitor delivery status
• Plan and promote projects aimed at improving safety, quality, and operational efficiency
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and promote process standardization

Requirements

• Professional work experience in any industry
• Experience in process or operational improvement
• Basic Excel skills (ability to use arithmetic functions and SUM)
• Business-level Japanese language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• People management experience (including part-time/student leadership)
• Experience communicating with diverse age groups and generations
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward growth
• Ability to act flexibly and make logical decisions in changing environments
• Commitment to contributing to an inclusive culture and working in diverse groups
