Shift and Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth store operations and coordinate shifts
• Manage store opening and closing procedures
• Oversee stock storage, cleanliness, and product layout
• Manage partner orders and supervise the picking process
• Direct order pickers and monitor preparation processes
• Create optimal delivery routes and manage driver activities
• Handle administrative documentation including temperature logs and statistics
• Resolve customer and operational issues quickly and efficiently
• Manage returned goods and documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or commerce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Leadership skills and professional conduct
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• High stress tolerance and ability to handle heavy workloads

• Ability to work rotating shifts
