SHEQ Advisor

Responsibilities

• Communicate, engage, and implement the SHEQ strategy
• Assist and promote local and external audit programmes
• Ensure business compliance with HSES Regulations, company policies, and the BMS
• Provide SHEQ advice and support at an operational level
• Assist in identifying site SHEQ training needs
• Support the business during near miss, incident, and accident investigations
• Support SHEQ upskilling and development of operational teams
• Promote SHEQ initiatives and innovations across projects

Requirements

• NEBOSH General qualification or working towards it
• Experience in SHEQ, health and safety, or construction/utilities/DNO/ICP environments
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Experience reviewing and producing SHEQ reports for managers and clients
