SHEQ Advisor

Responsibilities

• Undertake periodic risk assessments and implement robust procedures
• Provide specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues and subcontractors
• Ensure contract compliance and embed positive safety behaviours in operational teams
• Recommend preventative actions and develop new initiatives
• Develop and deliver training and briefing materials

Requirements

• NEBOSH Certificate
• Considerable construction SHEQ experience within the water industry
• Experience working on civil or utilities projects
• Full UK driving license
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations (Client, Principal Designer & Principal Contractor roles)
• Skills in auditing and root cause analysis
