About the role
Responsibilities
- Undertaking periodic risk assessments reviews and implementing more robust procedures
- Providing specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues and subcontractors
- Ensuring contracts are compliant and embedding positive behaviours in operational teams
- Investigating incidents and accidents and providing formal reports and root cause analysis
Requirements
- Previous construction or property services experience
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- Full UK driving license and vehicle for work purposes
- Ability to work on-site in the East Midlands
Preferred Qualifications
- Environmental Management Certificate
- NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety
