About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide SHEQ support for projects, including documentation and guidance on high-risk activities like NORM Management, H2S, and Working at Height
- Assist project teams in monitoring and reviewing project risks and facilitate risk assessment activities
- Conduct SHEQ inspections, verifications, and audits
- Deliver SHEQ related training and familiarization to the company
- Implement SHEQ Plan improvement activities
- Investigate incidents and monitor corrective actions with offshore representatives and suppliers
- Perform monthly SHEQ performance analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Relevant HSE qualification to NEBOSH certificate level
- Relevant Internal Auditor qualification
- Knowledge of business management systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or within a multi-disciplinary team
- Adaptability and problem-solving capability
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of offshore diving, ROV, and subsea operations
