About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and fine-tune advanced sheetfed (Ryobi RMGT) presses for each unique job
- Balance inks, align registration, and maintain color accuracy and quality throughout runs
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to ensure smooth production
- Collaborate with prepress, finishing, and quality control teams
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe pressroom environment
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience operating sheetfed offset presses or equivalent technical training
- Strong eye for detail and color accuracy
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with RMGT, Heidelberg, Komori, or similar presses
