Responsibilities
- Coordinate teams and manage projects on-site
- Read blueprints and technical plans
- Create fabrication sheets as needed
- Take measurements on construction sites
- Manage site stress and team dynamics
Requirements
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Foreman
- Experience managing projects valued at $1,500,000 or more
- Proficiency with iPad, Excel, and construction software (e.g., Procore)
- Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements
- Strong teamwork and stress management skills
