Responsibilities

• Select appropriate inventory as specified on the Bill of Material
• Shear strip and form tube in a predetermined order
• Machine weld seams and telescope tubes as laid out in drawings and routers
• Bump and roll tube to form corrugated bellows
• Check dimensions and spring rates as specified on prints
• Prep bellows, trim neck, weld end fitting, and size bellows as required
• Move finished bellows to appropriate area for testing
• Support receipt of raw materials and prepare/package finished goods

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the metal industry
• High school Diploma or GED
• Ability to read blueprints
• Technical aptitude to comprehend complex technical topics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety awareness and quality management systems
