SHE Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental permit processing and handle communications with government authorities
• Oversee environmental facility and equipment management (air and water quality)
• Manage greenhouse gas target management systems and emissions trading schemes
• Monitor site environmental indicators and maintain ISO14001 certification
• Manage chemical substances used at the facility
• Support the implementation and management of Process Safety Management (PSM)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in environmental technology or facility management at an industrial site
• Proven experience in processing environmental permits and licenses
• Strong ability to interpret and apply environmental laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in safety, health, fire prevention, or hazardous materials management
• Experience with ESG, greenhouse gas management, or emissions trading
• Experience with SHE management system audits or PSM implementation
• Professional certifications such as Water Quality Engineer, Air Quality Engineer, or Greenhouse Gas Management Engineer
• Certifications in Gas, Fire Protection, or Hazardous Materials Industrial Engineering
• Previous SHE experience in industrial gas, chemical, or power plant industries
