About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement occupational health and safety (SHE) strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections at the Stąporków plant.
  • Ensure plant compliance with local Polish regulations and internal Henkel SHE standards.
  • Lead accident investigations and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Organize and conduct SHE training sessions for employees and management.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on safety performance indicators.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and crisis response activities.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and implement safety rules and procedures.

Requirements

  • Higher education in HSE, engineering, or environmental sciences.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, OSHA, and local Polish safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Experience in risk assessment and accident investigation.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
