SHE-S Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and enforcement of the SHE Management System to ensure strict adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain and update SHE and Business Continuity management systems and strategies in compliance with legal requirements.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop sustainable mitigation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and report on SHE performance metrics using leading and lagging indicators to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Design and oversee employee engagement programs to promote safety awareness and ownership.
• Support incident investigations using rigorous root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise facility compliance for critical infrastructures including electrical systems, firefighting equipment, HVAC, and waste management.
• Manage General Affairs responsibilities including property management, vehicle fleet, and office procurement.
• Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of SHE, Lab Safety, Facilities, and General Affairs professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline with specialized SHE management qualifications.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in implementing and auditing SHE Management Systems.
• Deep expertise in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proven experience in lab safety, facility management, and general affairs within an industrial or production setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Korean legal requirements and industry standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
