SHE-Q Engineer

Responsibilities

• Co-responsible for the maintenance and implementation of the Boskalis/Cofra SHE-Q policy
• Provide input for the development of SHE-Q policies
• Support projects during both the preparation and execution phases
• Support various departments during internal and external audits regarding VCA and ISO certifications
• Act as the primary contact for SHE-Q in the absence of the SHE-Q manager

Requirements

• Experience within infrastructure and/or occupational safety (arbo) is a plus
• Excellent communicative and social skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address safety risks
• MVK diploma or willingness to obtain one
• Proficient in both English and Dutch (oral and written)
