SH&E Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage site compliance with Linde Loss Prevention, OSHA Process Safety Management, and EPA Risk Management Programs
• Lead plant safety meetings, including topic definition, presentation delivery, and maintaining accurate meeting minutes
• Serve as the primary contact for the OSHA VPP Star program and participate in regular OSHA updates
• Identify, schedule, and document all required employee training and maintain updated attendance records
• Oversee the plant-wide Contractor Safety Program and ensure HWP/LOTO program compliance
• Manage hazardous waste collection, storage, and disposal in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting, including OSHA 300 logs, TRI annual reports, and Tier II reporting
• Maintain the site Emergency Plan, conduct bi-annual emergency drills, and manage plant SDS files
• Investigate incident root causes and implement necessary corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Proven experience with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM)
• Proven experience with EPA Risk Management Programs (RMP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Past participation with industrial safety organizations such as ASSP
