About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead SHE activities across London sites to ensure legal compliance and best practice standards
- Develop and implement SHE strategies to improve performance and outcomes
- Conduct site inspections and audits to identify risk reduction opportunities
- Coach and mentor operational teams to embed a strong safety culture
- Manage ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems while collaborating with clients on innovative solutions
Requirements
- IOSH membership
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety
- Proven experience in a similar SHE role
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards
- Experience in temporary traffic management and highways projects
