About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure EHS compliance with applicable legal requirements and corporate standards
- Identify EHS-related opportunities for continuous improvement and risk mitigation
- Support departments in reviewing safety plans, work permits, and EHS applications
- Conduct Gemba walks, safety audits, and document reviews to identify risks
- Drive the implementation of corrective and improvement actions across functions
- Conduct EHS training for employees and contractors
- Coach and participate in EHS incident investigations to drive root-cause improvements
- Monitor external and internal EHS changes to proactively manage compliance risks
Requirements
- Basic SHE knowledge, including Risk Assessment, JSA, and LOTO
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Independent and flexible working attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- National certified safety engineer
