SHE Coördinator

Responsibilities

• Support line management in achieving high safety standards and a strong safety culture
• Guide production, maintenance, and contractor activities from a SHEQ perspective
• Compile, analyze, and report relevant SHEQ KPIs for the cluster
• Act as secretary for the Management of Change (MOC) process
• Prepare, coordinate, and support internal and external audits
• Maintain and ensure the quality of company documentation, procedures, and work instructions
• Coordinate waste management and follow up on the Annual Action Plan (JAP)
• Act as a contact point for REACH-related questions
• Participate in on-call duties in consultation with the Plant Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, chemical, or safety-related field
• Experience in an industrial production environment, preferably in the chemical or petrochemical sector
• Strong affinity with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ)
• Familiarity with MOC, audits, risk analysis, and compliance processes
• Strong analytical skills for data and KPI reporting
• Excellent communication skills to engage employees at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and oral)
