About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise on all aspects of IMS Procedures and control standards
- Educate, coach, and support continual improvement of compliance across the business
- Carry out scheduled inspections and advisory visits
- Promote best practice in accordance with a risk-based approach
- Identify, record, and report areas for improvement and best practice
- Promote the Think Safety Differently programme
- Advise on Safe Systems at Work and Construction Phase Plans
- Deliver internal training on HSW systems and risk management
- Identify and report challenges or opportunities to the Senior SHE Manager
Requirements
- IOSH recognised level 5+ Health and Safety qualification
- Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance and Enhanced DBS
- Membership of a professional body (minimum Tech IOSH)
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001
- Excellent IT and written/verbal communication skills
- Current full UK Driving Licence
