About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform requirements analysis and technical design
- Execute core development tasks
- Conduct unit and integration testing
- Research technical requirements and create mapping documents for platform porting
- Document detailed technical designs and mentor developers
Requirements
- 6-8 years of total IT experience
- 4+ years of experience with SharePoint Platform (SharePoint 2010 is required)
- 4+ years of development experience with Microsoft .NET technologies
- Proficiency in SQL Server programming and performance tuning
- Experience with stored procedures, reverse engineering, and enhancing them
- Deep understanding of document management tools and SQL platforms (Documentum, SQLServer, or Oracle)
- Hands-on experience manipulating complex XML documents
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience migrating platforms to SharePoint
- Familiarity with Microsoft SDK/APIs for Word, Visio, and Excel
