SharePoint Developer

Responsibilities

• Provide SharePoint development support, including customized code and creating/modifying web parts and SharePoint workflows
• Develop and test applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
• Perform software development Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and other development testing
• Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle processes including SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, and Lean methodologies
• Mentor junior personnel on proper practices and procedures
• Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers and project managers
• Collaborate with peers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure SharePoint solutions meet customer requirements
• Support development, testing, and deployment of SharePoint applications across supported networks

Requirements

• Eight years of experience in SharePoint Development
• Five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle Process
• Five years of experience mentoring junior personnel
• Five years of experience documenting software defects using a bug tracking system
• Five years of experience with software development testing (Unit, System, Functional, UAT)
• Five years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SBI
• Ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance
• DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing SharePoint solutions in a DoD or IC environment
• Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework and IIS for Windows Server
