About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage client content, sites, and services on SharePoint Online, including configuration and security settings.
- Manage content databases, user profile databases, and site quotas.
- Provide monthly and ad-hoc permission reporting to manage site and sub-site security.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery failover/failback processes.
- Deploy custom developed and third-party SharePoint solutions and manage app catalogs.
- Monitor system performance, review usage reports, and recommend hardware or software enhancements.
- Perform SharePoint upgrades and document current architecture and planned enhancements.
- Support testing, release deployments, and production support activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of four (4) years of related experience.
- Extensive experience with SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2010, MOSS, TFS, and WSS 3.0.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and platform governance.
- US Citizenship or Green Card required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal projects.
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification or equivalent.
- Active Public Trust or Suitability adjudication.
