SharePoint Content Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and support custom SharePoint and M365 solutions for the customer
• Support user requests for SharePoint services including new team sites, pages, lists, and workflows
• Create technical guides, user guides, diagrams, and flow charts for developed solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing solutions
• Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve SharePoint issues and escalate incidents as necessary
• Assist SharePoint developers and system administrators throughout project lifecycles

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Office 365)
• Knowledge of SharePoint/O365 services including SharePoint Designer, web parts, and workflows
• Ability to develop solutions using SharePoint Online (lists, document libraries, calendars)
• Experience with SharePoint administration, permissions, and access management
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Active Secret clearance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft SharePoint certifications
• Experience creating Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Prior experience supporting federal government customers
