SharePoint Architect

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain document libraries, lists, and WSS site collections
• Deploy SharePoint at the enterprise level in a distributed global environment
• Perform administrative activities including backup, restore, and site creation
• Identify, evaluate, and develop effective procedures and system requirements
• Gather and document requirements from non-technical business users
• Create functional design documents and prototypes of recommended solutions
• Communicate conceptual and detailed designs to clients and development teams
• Implement QA procedures including code review and impact analysis

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business information systems integration or custom application development
• Deep expertise in .NET Framework (back end to Windows or Web Forms front end)
• Expertise in Enterprise integration technologies such as Microsoft BizTalk, MSMQ, or Web Services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Enterprise Content Management and SharePoint technologies
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (Database, Analysis, Integration, and Reporting Services)
• Knowledge of ASP.NET and client web development (XML, XSL, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript)
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong customer interaction and relationship-building skills
• Ability to act as a development lead for business application projects
