SharePoint Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and support SharePoint Server farms and SharePoint Online environments
• Manage SharePoint infrastructure across production, testing, and development environments
• Provide 2nd line support for SharePoint-related incidents and service requests
• Architect, plan, and implement long-term improvements to SharePoint platforms
• Optimize, tune, and capacity plan SharePoint environments for performance and scalability
• Execute SharePoint patch management, maintenance, and upgrade activities
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Entra ID
• Design and support hybrid SharePoint architectures integrating on-premises and cloud environments
• Manage migrations and modernization initiatives using ShareGate Migration Tool
• Configure authentication mechanisms including OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML 2.0
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to align solution architecture
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent certification
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online administration
• Experience with IIS-based solutions and complex SharePoint farms
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services (OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Azure Logic Apps, Exchange Online)
• Experience with hybrid SharePoint architectures
• Proficiency in patch management and lifecycle maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills for large-scale distributed systems
• EU Restricted security clearance required from day one
