Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil defense litigation matters across various practice areas
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the firm's national civil defense platform
• Collaborate with a national network of attorneys and subject matter experts
• Mentor and provide leadership to junior legal staff and associates

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a civil defense litigation setting
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development
• Strong litigation and leadership experience
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to long-term professional growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Established practice in areas such as General Liability, Product Liability, Transportation, or Professional Liability
• Experience managing complex commercial litigation or class action matters
• Proven ability to navigate multiple jurisdictions
