Shared Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Support month-end close and audit requirements to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide professional support to internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and service platforms.
• Manage enquiries, escalations, and dispute resolutions while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects to increase efficiency and compliance.
• Identify gaps in existing standard operating procedures and develop documentation for missing processes.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within Accounts Payable or a Shared Services environment.
• High proficiency with SAP or similar ERP transactional systems.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows 10.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (AP, GL, month-end close, intercompany).
• Ability to work shifts and public holidays as required by business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
