Shared Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Scan, verify, and post incoming invoices into the system
• Participate in month-end closing activities and prepare accounts payable accruals in SAP
• Resolve vendor issues in collaboration with the purchasing department
• Prepare cash outflow forecasts and weekly payment proposals
• Research short payments, overpayments, credits, and aging payables
• Check shipments, delivery notes, and prices for freight invoices
• Assist in maintaining Master Data information and support audit preparations
• Initiate, review, and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• University-level degree in Finance or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience with SAP is preferred
