Shared Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute operational processes in line with standardized procedures and guidelines
• Participate in end-to-end process activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Identify and resolve discrepancies through data analysis and root cause investigation
• Act as a point of contact for day-to-day operational topics and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance within the area of responsibility

Requirements

• University Degree in Economics or a similar field
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Excellent fluency in English
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on results

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of finance experience within an international environment
