About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend to assigned technical services and incidents according to the established schedule.
- Resolve incidents and requests within committed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide professional on-site technical support to end users.
- Maintain constant communication with the central help desk or responsible coordinator.
- Document all activities performed and submit service evidence and reports in a timely manner.
- Execute defined procedures for each service and comply with established quality standards.
Requirements
- TSU or Engineering degree in Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT incident and request management.
- Proven experience providing technical support to end users.
- Ability and availability to travel to different locations within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, peripherals, and connectivity diagnostics.
- Excellent customer service attitude and documentation skills.
