About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend to assigned technical services and incidents according to the established schedule
- Provide on-site technical support and incident resolution for various client accounts
- Execute defined procedures for each service to ensure professional and timely resolution
- Maintain constant communication with the central help desk or responsible coordinator
- Document all activities performed and submit service evidence and reports in a timely manner
- Provide professional customer service to end-users
- Comply with established quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
- TSU or Engineering degree in Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT incident and request management
- Strong knowledge of end-user technical support
- Ability and availability to travel to different locations within Sinaloa
- Basic hardware, peripheral, and connectivity diagnostics skills
- Excellent customer service attitude and documentation management skills
