Responsibilities

This open house features multiple roles including:

• Administrative Assistant: Manage job creation, invoicing, and database maintenance.
• Data Analyst: Register samples, validate operational data in LIMS, and prepare laboratory reports.
• Email Marketing and Webinar Specialist: Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
• Technical Report Editor: Prepare and validate technical test reports for e-bike/bicycle testing.
• Technical Customer Service: Perform second-level review of laboratory data and manage order processing.
• Data Validator: Process and validate laboratory data for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Requirements vary by role:

• Administrative Assistant: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Data Analyst: Bachelor's degree in Science or Data Management; experience in petroleum testing preferred.
• Email Marketing Specialist: 2–4 years experience with marketing automation platforms like Eloqua or HubSpot.
• Technical Report Editor: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; C1 English proficiency; knowledge of bicycle technology.
• Technical Customer Service: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry; 2 years laboratory data processing experience.
• Data Validator: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry; 1–2 years experience with chromatography instruments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or LIMS systems.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques like chromatography or mass spectrometry.
