SFDC Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional requirements and recommend technical solutions and approaches
• Co-create, review, and approve technical design documents
• Lead development activities and provide periodic status, risk, and issue reporting
• Manage and lead a team of 3 to 4 technical developers
• Perform advanced problem analysis and debugging

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience
• 4 to 5 years of technical experience with Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud
• Strong expertise in application customization, configuration, and APIs
• Advanced skills in Apex, Aura, LWC, and Flows
• Proven experience in code review and code optimization
• Must hold an Integration or Data Architect certification or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• BTech degree
